I think we don't have any activity in the forum and there is no proper effort from administrators either.So I think its upto the head administrator to decide about it.

i have 1 more thing ... some of old members who have bad net like mine cant enter the website coz of the high size of header flashs and plug-ins
so i suggest to remove some of them that will be better
